Become your own healer in the kitchen.

Hi, I’m Jacqueline!

Through a lifelong career in culinary arts and a decade of study of Ayurveda, I will teach you the lost art of kitchen medicine.

I will help you find the foods that resonate and heal using the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda with my guidance and your dedication to a practice that is truly transformative.

By learning the basic principles of Ayurveda, a 5000 year old system of medicine from India, you can INTUITIVELY live a life of balance, always knowing what you need to feel good.

And by learning foundational cooking skills to give you confidence in the kitchen, you are equipped with the greatest tools to heal.
