Jacqueline has been a chef for over 25 years, and a practitioner of Ayurveda for a decade, weaving the two together to use food as medicine for those she serves. She has worked at the helm of many bustling restaurants, traveled the world led first by her taste buds, owned and operated food trucks and created award winning cheeses. Her love of food came first from family, gathering around a loud table, and has grown to become a form of healing for herself, those she feeds and the Earth. Today, she works to empower clients in becoming their own healers in the kitchen through education and counseling.
