With over 25 years of experience as a classically trained chef in professional kitchens and a decade weaving in Ayurveda as a counselor, culinary guide, and wellness counselor, I’ve seen firsthand how transforming your relationship with food can change your life. My passion is teaching women how to cook nourishing, flavorful meals that support their unique bodies and rhythms — without overwhelm or strict rules.
